How It Works:
1. ATS detects grid power failure
2. Start signal is sent to generator
3. Generator starts and reaches normal voltage and frequency
4. ATS transfers load from grid to generator
5. When grid power returns, ATS transfers load back to grid
6. Generator runs unloaded for cool-down then shuts off
